A Disposable Nightmare
Many people come to eShave wondering if our hand-made, well-balanced razors are any different from anything out there in the market. The answer to this is: DON’T EVEN DARE TO COMPARE US. You might think: “Oh this guy is just making publicity for eShave”. No, no. I legitimately believe and KNOW for a fact that these razors make a difference for sure…as of TODAY.
Here is my story:
I normally use my Blue Mach 3 razor when I shave at home or my Mach 3 travel razor when I have to shave at the swimming pool or the gym. Up to now, since eShave is all I have used in a long time, I just take for granted that I always get a good, painless, close shave every time. In fact, I don’t even understand when people complain about how much they hate shaving, because I just get the best shave ever, every time.
This week I have been taking care of my friend’s apartment, and guess what? I forgot my razor at home. DANGER! — I had to shave today, so last night I went to the store to buy a disposable razor. I thought to myself: “I only need to use it once, how bad can it be?” Well, let me tell you: IT IS BAD!
Thankfully, I have all my eShave products with me (the Pre-Shave Oil, the Brush, the Shave Cream and the After-Shave), and I think that is what saved my skin today. I put on my Pre-Shave Oil, and then lathered up my Shave Cream, just like I do every time I shave. I opened my disposable razor (evil, evil artifact). I started shaving…To be honest with you my dear reader, I cannot recall having such a painful, horrible experience in a long time. It was as if I had taken a cat’s paw and was scratching my face with it over and over again. It was seriously horrific.
Disposable razors and not well balanced, and the blade seems too dull. It doesn’t even look like I shaved today!! No wonder you disposable-razor fans HATE shaving! I would hate it too! In fact I would not even dare to shave if I had to use that every time.
For your own sake, I really recommend that you go get yourself a proper razor. Both the Gillette Mach 3 and Fusion razors are very well made, and are sharp enough to give you a close shave without trouble. Believe me, you and your skin will appreciate it, and most importantly: Shaving will be a pleasure.
