1. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and can only be redeemed one time, in full.
2. Gift certificates value can be used for purchase of goods, shipping cost and tax when applicable.
3. No balance can be carried over.
4. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
5. Gift certificates can be redeemed through the eshave.com Web site, or on the phone by calling 800-947-4283 between 10AM and 5.30PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
6. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.
7. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law.
8. Gift certificates and their use on the eshave.com Web site are subject to eshave.com's general Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice.
9. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
10. eshave.com will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is either redeemed through the eshave.com Web site or is redeemed and used to make purchases on the eshave.com Web site.
11. In the event a gift certificate code is non-functional, your sole remedy and our sole liability shall be the replacement of such gift certificate.
12. eshave.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion.
